The Ascend programme has a proven track record of supporting young adults to find and keep good jobs. It does this by creating a community around every Ascender, of trainers, mentors, and peers who support them as they take the next step on their career journey.

We’re so thankful to be partnering with Sheffield City Council, as well as a range of local and national funders, to continue to support Sheffield’s unemployed young adults.
